Play experiences are not considered therapy.
You are purchasing a monthly subscription that entitles you & your child to an hour play experience once per week on the date/time you booked. We recommend you try to stick to the same time slot to ensure availability, as well as to form relationships with other parents & children, however you are able to change days as needed. We just kindly ask you provide advance notice for any changes. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for absences but do offer make-ups during the month the absence occurred. We will provide notifications of delayed openings, early closures, and closures due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances and provide this information using the email and/ or telephone number we have on file ASAP. Make-up options will be provided for those necessary cancellations, as well as any other cancellations on our part.
*This subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date and using the same card as your initial purchase, unless you notify us of any changes prior to this date.
