Our specialty group summer camps are designed to bridge the summer gap and help your child develop essential skills. Led by a pediatric occupational therapist, this camp offers intensive and individualized support for children in small groups. It is suitable for children who are in their final year of preschool or preparing for Kindergarten, as well as young elementary-aged children (those entering 1st or 2nd grade in the 2024-2025 school year or similar developmental age). The camp will focus on pre-requisite skills, independence, and structure that will benefit your child's learning and growth. Children should be able to feed themselves and use the restroom independently. This group does not require caregivers to be present. If you prefer to join your child, please check out our other summer group.

Here are some benefits of joining our program:

- Children will enjoy a low 4:1 ratio of children to adult, with a professional and hands-on leader who can provide the right amount of guidance. Children will also have older mentors available to guide.
- They will participate in a fun and developmentally rich program that offers many opportunities to practice their skills in various areas, such as fine motor, visual motor, sensory motor, sensory processing, gross motor, executive functioning, social emotional, social interaction, mealtime, social communication, functional communication and more.
- They will engage in indoor and outdoor activities, such as playing in our indoor gym and outdoor space, gardening, multisensory play (e.g., outdoor kitchen, water play, sensory bins), craft projects, cooking, cooperative games, art, music, dancing, story-time, snack-time with a snack from home, make-believe/dress-up play and free-play of course!
- Children will enjoy a variety of special guests throughout the summer who will lead us in fun activities, such as our music & art therapists and yoga instructor (schedule to be announced).
- We will go on short walking field trips (.2 miles) to Alum Spring Park with parents' permission.
- Each child will receive a camp tee-shirt!

Each 3-hour camp meets Monday through Thursday & is $360 per week. 

Children entering their last year of Preschool or Kindergarten will join our afternoon 1:30-4:30 groups. 

Children entering 1st or 2nd grade will join our morning 9:30-12:30 groups.

July 15th-18th (AM Only): Pets

July 29th-August 1st: Space
